Hi, im just wondering, Is there a way that I can automatically send a message to the buyer of my products on ebay? I want to automatically send the download link. At the moment I am using the "contact buyer" link any ideas?
There are several scripts that can deliver the product after the purchaser has paid via PayPal. 16-99$

You can do a search on google or Ebay using the terms secure download script. Also the term IPN script is a good one to use either place or at hotscripts. I read until my eyes blurred. I honestly believe that for features security and price that the best of the lot is here. I wound up buying the paycart version for the ease of use. The IPN3 is the more secure because it allows you to store your items outside the public_html directory.
Hiya, You could use programs as per above posts, or you can setup eBay to automatically give the link to your customers. - Use the "new" sell your item form or Turbo Lister - List your item in a digital delivery enabled category (ie: books, software, ebooks, audiobooks, etc) - If you list in a digital item enabled category, ebay options will come up to "list your item as a digital item", where it will ask you to enter the download URL and instructions for your buyer. Immediately after your customer has paid, it will automatically take them back to an eBay page with the link and download instructions. They will also get an email with a yellow button saying "View your Digital Item" and they can access the link from My Ebay -> Buy -> View Digital Item Couldn't be easier.. ... excepting those customers that miss all of the above and still expect an email with the link (about 2 in every 10 sales for me). In which case, you might wanna use this in addition to the eBays delivery system: http://mydigitaldispatch.com/ I used to use it before eBay provided the link and maybe should take my own advice and use it in addition to the above as a backup for those customers who "close" the page after they pay. Thankfully my customers have all been nice when they've realized, but we probably should do everything to avoid any possible negative feedback due to customer misunderstandings. Kind Regards, Penny
