I've used Payloadz before, and then I switched to Clickbank. Reason: with Clickbank you have a huge affiliate army waiting to promote your product (if its any good) - with Payloadz this is almost non existant. Good thing about Payloadz though is that the money goes straight into your paypal, as opposed to Clickbank which only issue checks (unless you have a monthly earning of $2k for several months I think it is).

Well, clickbank considered to be the best. However, currently they don't receive applicants in certain countries. I have used RegNow from DigitalRiver, and they can pay to paypal. The affiliate system is also good. Cheers
I am not at all familiar with payloads but a free alternative if you have no website is Via www.filesend.net – This is free. You are not even required to sign up and log in to use this option. If you do sign up though, you can send larger files. The only drawback to this option is that your link is only good for 45 days before you have to upload it again.
Its totally up to you. All I can say, they work fine, what varies is the transaction fees and withdrawal methods, which is something you should really consider for online transactions.
