    The domain and forum is with ForuMotion. You can ask ForuMotion to transfer the domain (free of charge) but they own all forums/forum databases on their server so you cannot gain access to the database. You will have to run the forum on ForuMotion and ForuMotion only. This is why I'm selling it cheap.
