    2. Website: approachwomeneasily dot com (everything you see there)(hosting not included, you provide your own.)
    3. Master Exclusive Rights to sell the Approach Women Easily Ebook. Its 50+pages in Length. You ,and only You will be able to have master rights to sell this ebook, unless you decide to sell off the rights.
    4. Clickbank account (has $33.50 in the account from 1 sale of the ebook. I only added the ebook to clickbank a few weeks ago. All the personal details
    5. will be changed over to the winning bidder, and the winning bidder can set new password/email/home address etc.)


    Domain +website is currently under namecheap.
    The winning bidder will need to make an account on namecheap (free to do) so I can push the domain name to them, and then they can transfer it to whoever host they like.

    I created the website in March 2009, and have had sales of the ebook since then when I was marketing it.
    The domain expires 20th March 2010

    The website is 8th in the search results for 'how to approach women' .
    Its ranked #362,000 in Alexa (which is its rank for every website on the internet)
    Has over 800+ links from High and low pagerank sites, linking directly to the website in google search results.
    Extensive seo work has been done on the website, in the sales page and in link creating. Like I said above, everything has been done for the site,
    all that needs to be done is marketing/advertising of the website which unfortunately, I dont have the time to do it presently.

    Im looking for over the $100.00 mark which is bargain for the buyer, not really for the seller.
