Selling converted PSD to Wordpress Templates Copyright issue?

    Is it allowed to sell converted PSD templates?
    I am planning to convert psd templates to wordpress and html and sell them. The coding will be done by me, manually. Layout design will stay the same.

    Is that allowed, I googled it but could'nt find anything.

    Anyone know a place where I can buy PSD templates with PLR rights or even outsource to create them! (themeforest quality)

    From the wikipedia here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_label_rights its clearly stated

    so you can modify it and sell it under your own name


    so according to me there should be no problem

    I see, so when you re-code the psd and re-brand is under your own name, there should be no issue at all.
