    Note: Since I don't see any way to push this domain I will give the buyer the login information at opensrs.net that gives administrative access to the domain. Ipower says that whoever buys the domain owns it outright and they do not have any kind of "push" service that I could see like GoDaddy. So, opensrs.net has control of all contacts, DNS servers, etc.
