    I want to know selling Casino related links and advertisement spaces on our and others' sites and sending/receiving money through PayPal is allowed or not?

    Any help will be appreciated.

    I see no big reason why not as you are selling link's and the funds are not actually being used for the purpose of gambling.

    You should not use PayPal to sell casino or gambling related links because doing this is against their terms of service.

    I advise you not to use paypal account for any activity involve adultery/gambling thing.
    But you can use other payment processor such as epassport.
