Selling .ca domain internationally?

    Anybody have ideas on how I could go about transfering a ".ca" domain to someone not living in Canada?

    Well it is not legal for someone without some sort of Canadian address(Business or Personal). You can offer to stay as the contact address for the person that is purchasing the domain. I have done that in the past.
