I have an family-friendly eco friendly / alternative health article directory which I have added business listing pages to categorized by state. I have not sold any yet though unitl I find out whethr I need to do anything spacial to Sell these Virtual business ads for physical US businesses, organizations and services.

Should I form a LLC in my City? Do I need a spacial Disclaimer?

Please let me know what I need to do to run this legally.

    Thanks

You don't have to file for an LLC or anything else... when you register a website you're automatically forming an organization... when you register a .com its automatically a business entity. The only thing you'd need to do to be completely legit is to apply for a business license for your state and place of residence.. You can do this with a .com or any other TLD without developing organizing papers for the Secretary of State.. if you have any other questions on this subject or need advice on corporate structure... PM me..

No you don't need to do anything special to sell ads on your site. Just pay taxes for the money you earn if it's over $600 and make sure your site has a privacy policy.
