Selling brand new site, low cost. Looking to reduce my workload.

It's a babies and toddlers site I just uploaded the other day. I've submitted it to search engines and directories and got it live. I haven't done anything else to it, and it's only been there for a couple days, just setup the adsense and submitted to SE's and directories last night. There won't be anything for stats on this yet.
I purchased this domain before deciding on a different domain name for my parenting website. I then held on to it for a few days to think about putting it to use for something in conjunction with it, but i just want to reduce my workload and concentrate on other things. I've been really busy lately with a couple big clients and just don't have the time to put any more work into this. You can just leave the site as is, and you should see some income from adsense once the site starts getting some traffic from the submissions, but I would recommend editing the pages a bit and adding some new content.

Hosting can be included in the sale if the buyer wants it.
You get the domain, all the content etc. Domain is registered with namecheap and will do a free push.
