I am selling the great design of the forum http://codchat.com

the site was a forum in the summer with 100 members but I stopped it in July as I didn't have the time to run it.

I now spent a week creating a great design. The logo and theme are custom made for the site. It is a great time to buy the site as the new Call Of Duty game has just come out. If you have a look around you will see everything is done so great and custom to suit the forum and the game Call Of Duty.

I want to sell to someone who will take care of it.

it is ideal for someone who wants to run a forum but is not very good at designing them.

The site has little but some traffic and is indexed in google from it's previous time as forum.

Great concept that you have here but i think that there are a few things that you could have done to improve the site slightly, just going to suggest them so that a new owner will know how to further the site:

1. Buy a VBulletin license and run that script on the site
2. Personally i would have looked to have opened this site about 2 months ago, that way you would have had a booming chat going about the game and what they wanted to see, now i would look to promote the site on almost any gaming site and you are sure to get traffic.
