Selling blog about making money online

I decided to sell my blog about making money online http://jaroad.com. I've never found time to post on it regularly. It's a great start for someone who wants to write about making money on the internet. It has backlinks from some very respected blogs including problogger.net (linked twice), freshblogger.com, erikvossman.com and many others.

The traffic has dropped to minimum since it hasn't been updated for about 6 months. I'm selling it because I wouldn't like to let it die. It has about 10 RSS subscribers.

Does it run on WP?

Is that a custom skin?

 

It runs on Textpattern (similiar to WP, very easy to update and maintain). I'll let serious buyers login to the admin interface.

Design is unique, made by myself.

What story? Do you mean me making money online? If so, the story hasn't ended, in fact it's just starting . Last month I reached $100/month of steady income, which I'm very happy about

$100 is from other sources. I didn't touch this blog for about half a year

It's very easy to integrate adsense to this blog. You just copy/paste your adsense code into the template.
