Selling Beauty Designed Proxy Site, earning 1.50$ per day. Stable with Stats

I am selling this Proxy Site.

Details:
Visitors: 700 a day approx (Varies 100 every day)
Revenue: 1.50$ a day approx.
Extreme stats is on the website at the bottom.
You get all the source code and a push to a godaddy account.



Reason for Sale:
In truth I was never going to keep it from the beginning. The site is a custom design which I made when I wa bored one night. The reason I made it was because I wanted to test the load it added to my server. Now I have stats on that I dont really want it.

TRAFFIC ON WEBSITE AT THE BOTTOM EXTREME TRACKER

Ahh, I just checked the EXTREME Tracker site, and it appears to be missing 50% of the visitors. Its only added on the main homepage, although Its actually alot more because the tracker doesnt load on proxified pages.

The past two months have given 50$ each month for revenue, so I would like to start the bid off at one month revenue for the auction.

Points of Interest.
I only just realised last week but the site it on second page of google for "Proxy Website" and gets about 80-100 visits a week from that link. If I was interested in developing the site futher, I would add some advertisements on the proxified pages. Currently there is non and a lot of traffic is from bookmarked proxified pages.

I know you are willing to purchase at the BIN, but considering a push on the domain is one way and FINAL, I would prefer to trade with someone who is older and has a history on DP.

I am sorry this was not outlined in the original Post, but many sellers would agree that I made the correct decision. A reputable buyer of 100$ is worth more then a new buyer of 150$ in my opinion, it was not meant as any disrespect but the truth of the matter is that you have no history.
