I just purchased an open cart premium theme from ThemeForest on accident. I meant to purchase the Wordpress/Woocommerce version but I didn't read right I purchased the theme "Shoppica" for $45. Who ever needs the license and code can have it for $40. I have NOT used this and will not be using it... I just want to get some of my money back. Have you actually downloaded the theme? It might be possible for you to get a refund if you have not downloaded the theme so best contact ThemeForeset about that.
It may appear im following you, but you are selling websites on DP. I happen to buy websites on DP. I have actually bought this theme from Themeforest.com and your not allowed to resell. The buyer would have 0 way of knowing that you did or did not use it. And ThemeForest would refund if you did not download. Also why would they buy from you when they would not get the support or updates? Do you even realize how obvious your games are?

If you haven't downloaded it you will be refunded, Themeforest support is notoriously slow, probably be at least a week before you get a response. If you tweet your ticket ID to them they sometimes respond quicker.
I have responded to the theme developers support forum and havent got a response either. I also contacted theme forest. Crossing my fingers.
As long as your online and selling stuff, You cannot get rid of me. Just don't sell illegal things. You are not allowed to sell this theme. Legally. You cannot get a refund from the seller. You must start a support ticket with Envato, you would get a refund if you truly did not download it. And like Malky66 said, if you tweet them your ticket number, and you really did NOT download it. They will refund you. Again the seller cannot do so.
Likes are not important to me. Why leave someone alone who is getting over on people? who's side are you on? if you were inexperienced should we allow you to be taken by this guy?
That's your opinion. It may or may not be a fact. If he wants to sell something he purchased because he doesn't want to wait on some inept company to refund his money that's his business. What is that to you? If I bought something I didn't want and never used, I'd try to get rid of it too and if it took the company I bought it from weeks or months to even respond to my request, I'd probably be on here doing exactly what he's doing.
It is not opinion. It is fact. Goto Themeforest.com and read the terms for buying a theme. Get your facts right and quit trying to get likes by writing things that sound good at face value. How can you be defending someone without knowing the facts? Hopefully them likes help you make money!
It is an opinion that he is "trying to get over" on people, which is what you accused him of. Sure, maybe he's trying to sell a template he bought from a company that doesn't allow resale. Big deal. If they have lousy customer service and he doesn't want the template, he can sell it; what is that to you? Are you on their payroll? And as for likes, I really don't give a rat's a*s about getting likes. I have never used this site to make money; I make plenty of money on my job, and once again, you're running your head spouting your opinion as fact.

And Noticed he was banned from flippa. Then I notice this which is against DP TOS and against the Themeforst TOS. You should get your facts straight. You can go around and try to defend every crook you want, but seeing as I do business on DP. And this guy is selling in an area where I am buying. I surely will expose it. Your basically saying, Who cares about the credibility of DP. Who cares if people rip others off on DP. Thats basically what your saying. You dont care who robs who.
