Dear, I have a Website which is PR4 but itz banned by google adsense programe... So i was kinda facing problems sellin it.. wht i want to know is tht if i sell it wud the buyer by again able to run adsense on it .. like if he registers the site from his account or something.. thankz
Unless it was banned for content that violated the TOS, the new owner can use their AdSense account with it. They may want to notify Google before placing it but its completely within the TOS. Was your entire account banned for invalid clicks?
na it was not banned for content .. well i wont say entirely invalid clickin but to some extend.. the reason was something else.. but not content for sure... i was a general site about information... if it was against TOS is wont have been running adsense for 3 1/2 months on it...
Kind of a strange comment Well, actually it could as there is no set schedule for reviews of individual sites...Especially if there has been no report against them. Again, If you got an account ban vs. an individual site ban, the new owner should be fine. Your comments are a bit cryptic so its hard to give a definitive answer and to be honest, if you gave the buyer a cryptic answer, they would have a legitimate reason to be wary of a sale.
well the reason is kinda foolish... i used the same website with two differnet google adsense accounts so they banned the 1st account where the site was registered primarily... so itz an accont ban and not individual site ban..
So if you put ads on the site using the second account, they are displayed? As I said before, in this situation the new owner of the site would have no problem (Provided your brother doesn't buy it as he would be sharing an IP address)
well as for tht.. well i was thinkin of sellin the website with full CP and hosting.. so will there be a problem on tht... if yes then i think i wud have to only sell the domain CP and not the hosting.. right? ohhhhhhh m confused.......
no.. i copied the adsense codes of this website which was in my account and pasted it in another website using another account.. ..
I don't think the hosting would have anything to do with it although I would try to sell it without it as you may get a better price (perception plays a part). Google is going to compare the details used at application of the new adsense account and if the new buyer sends a quick mail to Google just letting them know they bought it, they will be fine (They will just get a form letter back but at least you have a record)
okie i think i will sell it without the hosting and then would tell the buyer to write a mail to google if he wants to run adsense on the same.. thtz it... thankz
well yes.. cause i understand itz hard to earn.. and the one who will buy my domain must have also worked hard to earn the money to buy a domain .. and i dont see any harm in tellin the buyer the truth about the domain ...
It is not mandatory to list the sites where i show google ads. I can register for adsense using a blog and display ads on other site...
I do know people who bought AdSense sites that had been suspended from AdSense, and they could not get permission to run AdSense on them again. So it seems to be on a case-by-case basis.
