    Hiya, im selling this site which is coded in valid xhtml/css..

    It already has alot of page's made and it is getting index'ed in search engines.

    It's a newish site so it does not have no page rank, yet its linked to at least 5 PR 3+ site's and has alot of backlink's..

    It carry's a unique domain and a unique name Grandaddy.info

    I havent finished most of the page's. But i had done alot of SEO on the site, and added a few lyric's. But i don't have the time to manage the site, and the stats are not that great thats why there not shown..
