    Hello DP,

I am looking to sell one of the gems of my website collection.

I am selling IPBSkinworks.com, which sells IPB skins.

It is averaging $300-400 a month without any advertising selling just the skins. Gets all traffic from search engines top 5, check "IPB Skins" and "Invision Skins" on Google and others and a great link on Siteground. Averaging about 250 unique visits a day. Traffic and backlinks are also built via one of the free skins that we offer called YellowFuze.

    Traffic Stats

Here is an outline below of what is great about this site.

    The good:
    PR5 with great backlinks
Great organic search engine traffic for target keywords.
10 Unique Highly Designed Skins + 2 in Development (All rights and designs go to new buyer) (Rights to skins themselves are worth over $2K)
Full CMS under subdreamer with paypal integration for the products and to the IPB forum. Will be handling over licenses to both the CMS and Invision board which is over $200 value.
Custom coding to help the order process.
Good connection with an IPB coder that handles all support issues.

    The Bad:
IPB is currently moving over to 2.2 and the skins will need to be updated for those that choose to upgrade. I've talked to the skinner and he said he would charge me at most $40 a skin. If you can do this yourself there will obviously be no charge. If you can't you can try to find another skinner or haggle for a bulk deal.

    Reason Why I'm Selling:
I don't want to deal with having to manage all the skin upgrades to 2.2 because of lack of time. This is not to say that revenue will change because a lot of people are still on 2.1.7, but if you'd like to make sure you get the most bang for your buck, I would upgrade the skins to 2.2. Also, I'd like to take the cash made from this site to help start boosting up some of my other projects.

    Who should buy?
Anyone can really manage this site. The best person to own this site is an IPB skinner themselves as they can create new product and since the site already has good traffic on its own, will be able to sell more! If you're not a skinner then I can get you into contact with the coder I'm using or find another coder to help you out.

    BIN:$6K

Any questions please ask. Please only serious bidders. Payment via verified Paypal account.

Here's a screen shot from the CMS itself. I can show Paypal stats on completion of sale, and can be dependent on this if need be, since it is all mixed up with all the other sales for some of my other sites.

Well than make a bid! :) These are one of those needle in the haystack sites that is up for grabs right now on DP. It's not a proxy, myspace, or filehosting site! :)

I'm waiting on bids first to determine when I should end it.

    Thanks.
