I have a site which Im willing to sell. It Ranking #11 on google for the main keyword which has 6600 Local US monthly searches, 9900 Global monthly searches and cpc $1.19 in google keywords tool. It made about $45 without any regular maintenance and updating of the site. It used to rank #2 but since i have not done seo and left the site on its own, it has dropped rankings to #11.
