Selling arcade website including lifetime copyright removal gamescript.net license

The site is only one month old, but have 2336 number of games, with 1300 is a gamespack from gamescript.net and the rest is a gamepack that I buy from dp member, forgetmenot.

I'd submitted the site to more than 300 directories including featured listing on arcadeforce.com directory http://www.arcadeforce.com/Online-Game-Collections/. Current revenue from adsense is $0.20-$0.30 a day and the highest is $3.00. Revenue from valueclickmedia is $0.50 a day.

url to the site is http://www.rcadezones.com. Domain purchased at godaddy and you will have an option to host on my server for 3 months, but it won't effect the price if you choose not to.

I'm selling few permanent links and monthly links and if I can sell it at $700, I will give a refund to all link purchaser, and if not, I hope the buyer can retain the link for at least one year. I won't selling it less than minimum bid.
