I called blue host last night if you log into your account and go to Edit Domain , Gives you a list of options and one of them is View EPP code - Obtain EPP auth code needed for transferring some types of domains. The person I spoke to on the phone Said I should not have any problems transfer the domain name To someone else, All I need to do the person said is give them the EPP code

Yes the click through rate was not all that great at first but I have changed the ads around several times with some better click through rate. It is something the new owner, Would have to decide where to put the ads.
