You're not going to sell much off a free blogspot, with no automatic ordering and payment method. You'd be better off with an ebay shop.

I would suggest u go for custom domain name with shopping cart script installed & promote ur site with targetted audiences with some PPC programs and u will see a huge sale and success in ur business if there is any demand for the product u sell.. Edit: Firstly remove the Ads in the blog
I agree. Keep your blog and keep posting to it. Do not try to sell from it though as it will not work. Your blog is a good source for IBL and will help you in that way.
Perhaps you can try one of the eStore templates on templatemonster.com. A professional design with an easy script might help you make more sales. Good luck!
IMO you should host your site at proper domain name not free blog which will make customer look cheap on you. You should do some link exchange with other site
