I am trying to sell the websites that i have on my server that i don't have time to develop following higher requirements of time needed to develop my main website.

The sites vary in niche and traffic but the prices will reflect that.

Site created less than a month ago but has had regular updates added to it with unique content about celebrities. Looking to sell as no time for it really as prefer not to use autoblog software.

Site was created to review websites but i ended up passing over the time that it needed so i am selling the site to someone with more time.

Domain is a great, short domain and so it would be able to be used for anything.

Young site that i created but never marketed for traffic, again a lack of time.

The niche is a good payer in terms of adsense although i have not had any earnings from it due to no promoting the site.

All the articles on the site are unique and can be copyscaped to check that.

This is an inactive text based MMORPG game that is played within the browser.

Functions on the MCCodes V2 script but has had extensive coding done to it to add in new features, graphics and security.

Haven't opened the game as its been placed on the backburner but is ready to go live today if you wanted it to do.

Money is made from these sites from players who upgrade their characters via paypal and they buy virtual goods that are automatically sent to their accounts when their payment is checked via the script to make sure you get the right amount.

I am willing to help to set this up on your server and configure the site so that your paypal is placed and you make the money not me.

Script on this is licensed so means that the script alone is worth $300, plus the work i have done to it.

But i am willing to allow to sell for less due to it been sat there.
