Selling Aged Software Download Site - organic traffic

    Looking for best offer (minimum $50) for: downloadscafe (dot) com

    This site, created in 2007, has received high organic traffic. if you look at keywordspy.com, it has 1533 listed organic keywords.

    End of September, the site was hacked, so I have taken it offline for several weeks to clean out the database. I don't have expertise to maintain this site, so I am selling it off.

    The site had 8000 unique visitors in September ( close to 2000 unique visitors in October despite being offline most of month)

    I am not claiming site revenue. The site can make money via advertising. It is an aged site and has organic traffic. I do not have the time to monitor the site and took the advertisements off the site.
