Only selling due to not having enough time to update and maintain it. Website has made me over £1400 since I've had it - just from setting it up and SEO'ing it initially with no on-going work carried out!
Site gets a large amount of regular traffic, I've done nothing to update it in a very long time - take a look at some of the articles on the site and you'll soon realise. If you update it you could have another surge in traffic.
Site has Adsense, Amazon and Ebay affiliate links but has only ever made serious money from Adsense. I've posted stats below, not bothered with Ebay or Amazon because the earnings were low and was only ever earning money from it over a year ago.

Site has completely unique content and has many articles linking to it from elsewhere, each of these with unique content. I have several other blogs that link here which will continue to do so.

Site is running on static html, would be easy to transfer to Wordpress or another system to make it easier to manage.
