Selling Selling Affiliate Website and Adsense Earning Website

I am selling 2 of my websites this week. I am changing my online business strategy and these 2 sites don't fit with what I plan on doing.

Both sites make a little bit of money each month. One is a newer site and the other I bought last year.

Onlineaffiliateblueprints (d-t) com - Averaged $16 for last 4 months (around 2 sales each month)

Wickerdiningroomchairs (d-t) org - Has made over $5 this month from adsense

Online aff is one of the sites that I started to experiment with and what I did was wrote a bunch of articles for ezine articles and wait for the traffic to come. I still write 1 article each week and it seems to be working for me. The site averages roughly 300 visitors per month.

Selling for $100 well below 12 month income

Wicker chairs site is somewhat new and I had a vision to turn it into an authority site but my other sites started getting way too big and now I have to change my online strategy around to surround them. The site has 7 unique articles, and has some backlinks from directories, social bookmarking, and unique article wizard. The articles alone are worth the amount that I am asking - Only $40.

I will sell both sites to you for $120

If you ware wondering why the income is different it is because I have been playing with it to see where most people will buy. So far nobody $8 is where I have seen the most income.
