Selling Advertisement On House

I recently bought a house about 50ft from a major throughfare. Which probably sees 10,000 plus drive by traffic a day. I'm contemplating selling advertisement space in the front yard and on the house itself. The property is zoned commercial. It's in a major business district. I checked the going rate for billboards and they are like $162 per week.

I kind of did a crude estimate and possibly think, I could say a space of about 3' x 8' for about $70 per week.

Then maybe lease out space in the yard for smaller signs. Such as political signs or what not. Kind of like a pixel site but in real life.

I wanted to get some thoughts on this.

lol, BannerSpot has a point :)

If its money in your pocket per week and you don't mind a massive sign on your land, go for it! Not many people have this opportunity and some would jump at the chance. Lucky man :)
