Selling Adsense websites if your account is terminated, are they ok for others

If your Adsense account has been terminated due to Invalid Clicks, (wasn’t done by me, I suspect a competitor, I have explained all to google but I don’t expect anything, all TOS were adhered too). So rather than mess around I thought I would advertise and sell a bunch of my sites. Quite a few are on page one for the main keyword.

My question is, if someone buys them would they be able to use their own google Adsense account if they so wished (if they have one)? Are they worth selling on? I just need all the facts, as I don’t want to unwittingly sell them if that is what a buyer wants to do, add adsense.

Yes I know I can monetise them in other ways but at the moment I can’t be bothered.

No sadly they ban the site as well as your account, that said many moons ago in the days of running images next to ads they did stop it running on just the one site and not my whole account. The only way around this is to give your customer a formal bill of sale and send this to google and get them to acknowledge it and undo the adsense ban.
But a) you will have to prove you have sold it (not as easy as it sounds - suggest whoever you sell it to puts it on a new server and changes the name on the domain reg before you approach google over the sale of the site)
    b) and that you aren't just trying to pull the wool over Googles eyes and then run your own adsense on it again.

I have checked the sites and non of them have been banned. So it appears they are good to sell for that reason.

So the question still remains, if sold, would the buyer be able to put adsense on if they so wished?

If a site is banned from website then its not a wise idea to buy that website if you want to use adsense again. If you want to got with other Ad networks then its fine.
