    I am selling a great adsense niche site. It is the child safety niche. It is a great site that comes with a premium theme, many low competition high traffic keywords, articles already on the site, it is already indexed in google.

    I have done link building for this site for the past week, so there are more than 100 blog comments with the keyword anchor text out there. All the comments are on dofollow blogs with at least a pr 4 to the home page and lots with a pr 1 to the comment page.

    I was building this an many other sites for my own portfolio, but I have to sell because of an emergency.

    I am selling this site way under priced at $45
