I was thinking about selling ads on internet, something like million dollar home page, but I'm 17 year old. My parents have 2CO account, can I make site and sell site but receiving money on their account?
yes I know it is done, I didnt think to make the same site, I just wonder do I have to be 18 to do something like that and what else do I need beside site

Shouldn't be a problem to use their account. Get their permission first. Selling ads on website not really easy. But it can do it day by day and get this done.
First, you must learn how make and organize your website. After that, you should have alot of members or visitor open your website everyday then you can start thinking selling ads on internet. It's not easy and sometimes we loss in investment.
Yes you can do it,there are nothing wrong with it. But i don't think you can make $$$ off the million dollar home page site coz the market already saturated. I suggest you try other thing such as affiliate.
come up with something unique that 100,000 people can pay you $10 or 1,000,000 people pay you a dollar and you are away at the races! Good luck!
