Hey, I'd like to sell these active forums in the category of Extreme Sports / Video Gaming. They have more than 50,000 posts and 1500+ members. I am selling because when I bought the site I had big plans for it, however, as life unfolded I lacked time and never got past setting up a new layout which i just found out today doesn't show properly on IE. The site needs to be worked on and I can't do that as I'm very busy with my football team (soccer) and my other responsabilities. Unfortunately my host was attacked a few days ago and all the sites went down for a day and when they were back up the statistics stopped working so I can't fetch you any stats. Before that i was offline for about a month so I have no stats besides the daily posts, daily visits and new members. The site is PR3 and with a lot of potential. As mentioned in my original post i dont have any traffic stats because my Urchin crashed and i cant get it up myself the host owner has to. Ill try to catch him on aim and maybe ill have stats next week. If you checked the site there is no ads at all so i have no revenue from it at all. I have no BIN in mind, however, i will not make you wait forever if you make me an offer. I'll either tell you if i get no more offers its yours or just no straight away. If i like you and your offer is decent we can go ahead with the deal.
There is one or two im not sure but yeah they have been in for years and if you want you can get more a lot of people have asked me to be mods (from the members). Peter, before when the site was on IPBB with the old owner, old layout, with a main page with links on it, it used to have yahoo ads to dating sites. According to screenshots the old owner showed me it made about $80-$140 a month then. Im not a fan of irrelevant ads nor the members were keen of them so inever integrated them after moving to phpbb.
I run another skateboarding site that is a skater blog... this forum could be a good addition to the site as it has active posters. Can you give me more stats on how many users post each day? What is your number of 'active' users... users that post every single day... I wouldnt want to buy the forum and then it goes dead in a week.
No the site was down for a day only just like all my other sites, the stats were up before the crash but i still dont have them gotta see if they are there after i can get the host to turn the stats program back up. Well so far i got a BIN offer of $750 (without traffic stats) and an offer of $1000 if i can provide traffic stats. Ill try to get the stats this week... meanwhile ill set BIN without any stats at $1100.
Ok the ugly big button is up. Youll have some stats in a few days I guess. Oh btw someone told me the site shows as PR4 in more DC than PR3, dont know anyway i never did any link building for the site.
