Hey, i recently bought a site for low $x,xxx , the forums have nearly 50,000 posts and have quite a bit of daily activity. The site has been making the old owner $120 average on ypn for the old owner but i dont think thats the important factor. The posts are. Im looking to sell it because I realized I don't have the time for yet another forum (i havent even moved it to my server), although I tought I did, ive made only 2 posts so far on the site heh. yep same problem here. i remember seeing this site on sp or dnf. Are you going to sell it for the same price you bought it for? i dont understand why you bought it if you dont have time for it? good luck. it is an interesting site.
Ya im willing to let it go at the same price. I tought up of a brilliant unique idea which deserves my time more than this (since i dont even skate or play THPS). Anyway the price i paid for the site is $1,000 and ill take that price. Nothing less though the site has a lot of potential if worked on which ill start doing in a week if no one buys it. Ill check whats up with the stats. -- ok i can only see the st ats from cpanel so i took a screenshot and attached it. PS.- I removed the ads so that only guests can see them and the revenue seems to have went down significantly due the less impressions. Still as said before the value of this site is in the amount of pages and members. I also added some hot girls near the ypn to see if it can make up for this, well see If you have a proxy site, i can take it as part of payment, looking for a proxy.
