    I am selling this website because i am moving to another location soon. Had registered the domain on April 2008 and i had hardly worked for 3 weeks on this site on 2008, i put adsense in mid of 2009 then.

    Because it lacked any SEO, Designing, There can be a huge advantage for the buyer of the site for increasing it's income.
