    I believe you are in the wrong place to sell a site. There is a section called "buy, sell and trade" where you would be better served.

    Also, you'll need to show screen shots of your traffic and be able to prove your revenue when you post over there as that is generally a requirement of the buyers.

    No one is going to care why you want to sell your site... just what the site will do for them. And you'll find more likely buyers in the correct section.
