I have a brokerage account on the largest site on the net for selling businesses and I am offering to list your website for sale for $15 instead of the normal $60 a month price they charge. The site gets about 700k unquies per month and 2 million page views mostly from the keyword "business for sale and internet business for sale". The leads are all good quality leads with buyers that actually have money to purchase.

They will not allow us to post anything under $1k asking price so this is for higher end sites only.

    Some questions

    1. The price is always as perceived by the seller. What if someone estimates 5000$ for a site which in reality is worth maybe just 100$? Do you still list them or do you provide analysis?

    2. How many successful transactions have you made in the past 6months?

    3. What is the URL of the site?

    4. What advantage does the site offer for a brokerage account?

    5. What if the listing is not approved? Refund available?

    1. The price is always as perceived by the seller. What if someone estimates 5000$ for a site which in reality is worth maybe just 100$? Do you still list them or do you provide analysis?

As long as we list it at $1k or above it does not matter but their software will not allow a business to be listed under the price of $1k. I have listed $500 sites before but I just listed the price at $1k and then told buyers the real asking price when they contacted me.

    2. How many successful transactions have you made in the past 6months?

We have sold over 200 sites in the past four years. I would guess around 8 to 10 in the past six months but I would have to look and see. We are just offering a discounted ad only and not brokerage services. We have a mailing list of about 50k buyers and you can pm me for pricing on a mailing list mailing.

    3. What is the URL of the site?

I will pm you the URL

    4. What advantage does the site offer for a brokerage account?

We pay a flat rate for unlimited listings and we have access to a lot of valuation tools and we get access to mailing list of buyers that are looking for sits/businesses. For $15 you are just getting a normal ad but at a discount. The normal ads run $69 and we are offering it for $15.

    5. What if the listing is not approved? Refund available?

You dont pay until the listing is approved and up and running. If you dont pay we just delete the ad.
