Hi, I would appreciate if people could suggest pricing for some pages I made? The package includes 5 uncoded pages, all of which were made in Photoshop, and flash graphic for the home page (the part with the person's head, and the writing "See the difference". Home Page - 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/Copyofhomepage_jpg.jpg' About Us - 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/Copyofaboutus_jpg.jpg' Testimonials - 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/Copyoftestimonials_jpg.jpg' Contact - 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/Copyofcontact_jpg.jpg' Products - 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/Copyofproducts_jpg.jpg' The black spaces are kept for places to put ads, and obviously the real copy of this doesn't have 'copyright' written on it. The real copies of it have the following dimension; 1250x1000. Also, the layers were kept well organized, and named to be easily understood by anyone, as can be seen here - 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/layers.jpg'. The buyer would receive full right to the pages (being able to re-sell it,etc.). Any feedback is very much appreciated, thank you for you time, Grim.
Hi Grim, It depends if you're going to sell it multiple times, or sell it exclusively to one buyer. I haven't got much experience with selling templates, but if you were to sell it exclusively with full resale rights, I'd put it up for $20-$30. That's purely based on your design, which is fine, but could do with a bit of improvement. Best of luck!
Thank you for replying, your input is greatly appreciated. This would be sold exclusively to one buyer, and with right given to resell it. And do you have any suggestions on what could be done to improve it?
Hi Grim, I think you could sell it for about $25. I like how the layers are organized. Not everybody do that. But if you are not sure about the price, just put it here on the auction to the "Templates" section of the forum and set a top price that you think you can sell it for as a BIN and a set lower start price. Then you will see if somebody buy it or not, you can then also lower the BIN if you set it very high.
Thanks for all the replys I made another one, what do you think would be a good price for this blog - 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/Copyof1.jpg'. Once again, it is uncoded, and full rights to re-sell etc, would be given. (Obviously the real one doesn't have 'made by grim' on it ).
That's pretty good! Definitely an improvement over your last template. Did you make the background yourself? I think what's killing the look for me is the font, it's spacing and it's size. Perhaps revert back to something more "traditional" (say Tahoma or Arial).
Here another one i've made, 'http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o114/Grim_keeper/1-1.jpg', this one is a web directory, the buyer would get the same privileges as the others, would be happy to hear thoughts on this too.
Very nice - but as with the other templates, try using a different font. When you've got a nice and bubbly web 2.0-ish design it's best not to use a font as impacting as the one you've currently got.
Thank you very much Other than one or two for IT projects at school, this is the only web page designing i've done.
I have to be honest with you here. It looks as though your template is built entirely with images. If this is the case it is no use to anyone with a business website because it cannot be properly optimised to be found on the search engines. Do a search for templates for sale and you will see what the others are offering.
this is fine, layers play an important part. how did you organise those.... this worth for $30-$35. best of luck for the business
