gys i've created new design, a Star of David in a whole new way. I want to auction it somewhere but it can be easily reproduced since its a vector image. Now where can i auction it without the design being copied and stolen?
I don't want to seem cynical but probably nowhere online. Might want to consider it as a freebie on your website or blog.
no its not that simple. it's a whole new design i've never seen it before ever anywhere. i want to copyright it somehow if its possible, and then auction the rights to it.
Unfortunately copyrights are only as good as your ability and finances to defend them. Sorry I can't contribute anything but what I have.
Anything you publish is automatically copyrighted. Now to keep track of all the usage, that's another story all together.
