    Just for short note, I will be asking for a high price, despite you feel its market value may not match the price. (So, don't feel sarcastic if you feel otherwise)

    It's not an auction, so I can take time to review any of your offer.

    You say that this is not an auction but the site may be sold? Do you have any traffic stats or revenue stats to show?

    yes, the site is definitely on sale.

    However, as I mention, it's not for buyers who wish to monetize instantly. The domain name is likely to be highly sought for in the long term.
