If you are that much sure, why are you selling it?
nobody would like to sell a site which earns even $500 easily and you are talking about thousand dollars?
Do you actually know what does "Low competition" mean according to google adwards tool? It means less competition between the advertisers which results in low CPC

Actually i have shown that screenshot only to tell the Searches according to the Google . I have not mention anything related to the competition .I know its Adwords competition.

And yes , i have written 8000$ ....

Actually the people who do not have knowledge about the market , they comment like you commented .

And for your kind information , i have mentioned that i got a very big project , so do not have time to work on this site .

I can give you domain with more than 6000k exact local searches but the keywords are very competitive and you can't reach into even top 10 (not talking about being #1!) In that case, there is no use of these no. of searches. I would rather like domain with exact local searches of 6k that can be ranked #1.

Ofcourse this is your site, you can ask $80000000000000000000 but the thing is, you get it or not

 

I am not getting panic, and not becoming over-smart.I think that you are getting panic . For your kind information , making sites is my passion. Moreover i only work on big projects not small one . I have collection of lots of sites.

One thing more , the keyword on which i have mentioned the site have easy competition , can easily get top 10 positions. It does not matter , whether anyone purchase it or not .

Make it #1 for this keyword, you will definitely be able to sell it for $8k but this is easy to say hard to do.

 

LOL !! Its Up to me , whether i manage 50 or 51 . and i think if you have good knowledge about everything , then you must be aware that . adding 1+1+1+1+1 ........ makes thousands and also for managing each site , it also need some care , and for that care , we have to spend $ also .

So , i do not want to increase this , now , and planning something different , dude !! I m satisfied with my current sites i have. Very soon , i will also sell some of them.

 

I hardly care whether you want to manage 50 sites or 05 sites. I said it just to let other DP'er know if anyone can manage 50 sites, he/she can manage 51 as well. Anyone who feels that with a site he can earn thousand dollars, he will be ready to manage it even at monthly expenditure of $200 on that site alone. There is definitely something fishy !
