Selling a proxy site with a fully brandable domain name

Decided to sell my proxy site lumbic.com because something just happened that will take my eyes of it at the moment.
site will be 1month old by middle of August,but has already gotten 1249 visits and over 266345 hits.i dont have a tracking url for it and hence i cannot say how much it earns a day on adsense,i tell you it has real big potential.
the site is indexed by google and is heavily promoted on stumbleupon.
the name alone is worth higher $$$ to mid $,$$$ if properly developed
