Selling a PR4 Directory

    Hello, I am selling the first website I made.
    It is PageRank 4 (should be higher next update - I have done 200 directory submissions, general link building, plus articles since last update)
    Hits this month are as follows: (daily)
    
144 - 127 - 129 - 141 - 137 - 146 - 110 - 113 - 133 - 118 - 136 - 118

    I have made $350 since may on textlinkads referrals. $45.46 selling links through textlinkads since June.
    and only 14.90 from selling links through the directory this month.
    Usually make a total of around $50 per month. Then again, I don't market it at all.
    I spend 10 minutes a week on the directory.

    Nice catch chris. Site was sold on 14 Dec., 2006.

    BTW directory using phpld free version v.2.0 but there is no link in footer for phplinkdirectory.com

    I sold it on TDNAM a long time ago, I can try and dig up his email address for you. He wasn't very quick to respond though.

    Anyway, TDNAM doesn't show his actual email address, but I sent him a message from TDNAM that said:
    "Hi, you need to put the sponsored link back on the template, or use a different template."
