Selling a PR3 Bidding Directory

    Hi there,

I'm selling one of my Directory that were just converted as a Bidding Directory. It currently has a PR3 with inner PR of 3 and the directory had an original 20 category just as it is right now.

I kept it in the dark for 4 months and did not advertise so much as I was building backlinks to it, so the income from it are virtually none, except on what it's on the site display.

There a potential of growth here, not too late to get a PR5 on this coming update. Having a PR on a bidding directory will insure that someone will place a bet specially when the inner categories have an equal amount of PR.

The domain is about almost 5 months old and was registered at Namecheap.com

I can move and install this for you for free after payment.

If your looking to start a Bidding Directory, this already has a head start from the rest, makes the job a little easier for you. The script itself is awesome and easy to administer. Once a bidder places a bet and make payment it will list that site automatically. Little or bo flaw from this script and if you haven't notice by now it's becoming to be a very popular directory scrip in such a short time.

The bid will start at $100 and with an increment of $25 and Bin at $500.

    What you will get:

    The domain
    free install
Free push (I have never transfer ownership from Namecheap so I might need to find out how..later)
The current template which is a Sponsored and slightly modified by me (sponsor link needs to be intact.only one)

I will also place this auction on another forums and will update this thread. I would like to get as close to the Bin as much as possible.

    The site is Budget Directory.

    Happy Bidding:)

The revenue is what your looking at;) I started building backlinks back in January/Febuary/March but sorta forgot about it in April and never really advertise it for link selling until just today.

I can't check the baklinks at iWebtool

It doesn't have thousands of backlinks, however it is link to my 6 Pr4's and other sites of mine and a few paid ones and a few free directories...The amount isn't that great. What shows in the iWebtool maybe correct, though I swear it maybe more than that.

What I will include with this is a sitewide in most of my directories plus featured spots on a deeper part of web directory categories....15+ with 6 PR4's and some PR3's for the rest of the year.

Sitewides alone is worth almost that much in 6 PR4 at $75 to $100+ per year. This will insure that it will retain the current PR or it may lead to a higher PR, plus your own ways of gaining backlinks, your own ways of link campaiging could bring this directory to the next level. What could become of it, that is up to you.

I don't have to get rid of it, but if some one wishes to take it off my responsibility and respect the current bids (which is not many) then I could release and concentrate on my other projects.

What's great about this is that, there aren't that many links yet, this gives you a whole lot of space for revenue. The right campaigning and promotion could bring this to the next level. With it being a Bidding directory with PR plus with inner PR of 3, this give a potential bidders more likely to bid on this site, unlike many of todays bidding directories with no PR and on the next update they could be a PR3 an (average), this gives you a head start among them.

Selling this so that I can concentrate on my other projects.

That came with the template as Demo links, though I swear I remove it and added my own demo (twice) and somehow it's back...spooky:eek:lol. Those are demos.

There are NO site wides, only the template sponsor.

The Featured Site refers to the #1 bidder.
