    Why are you selling this site?
    I am selling the website because I need some money.

    How is it monetized?
    Currently you can monetize The website with Banners, I have installed OIOPublisher on it so you can change prices.

    I already paid for the theme and the oiopubisher script.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    I already made a Facebook account fornegoclub but had no time to promote it.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Well it all depends your marketing exertise.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Its easy to manage and use a simple Forum software. which is Vanilla.

    The site has no traffic and no promotion, is completly new. Domain is hosted in namecheap.
