Future business prospects is none of your business, it is the buyers thing to cake care of. You cannot sell a software start up for millions saying, "hey, it's a software startup, i am not selling it for anything under a 100 million, coz I know it'll do great in the future."

To start off with, this is a very saturated niche. Myspace resource sites are created in like gazillions a month. So you cannot ask for money for a niche.

Then comes the site structure, development and design. So here we have a wordpress blog with a free theme. So you cannot ask for money for development.

This is followed by the site content. Here all we have is stuff taken from random sources off the internet. So you cannot claim money for the content.

So here we have a site with all of the above critera and one than doesn't even get 6000 whole uniques a month and doesn't even make a whole green leaf of $100, and you want $1800 for it ? Are you frickin kidding me ?

And to top it all, the site has 8 backlinks and no PR and it's merely 3 month old.

Smart Pricing ? It is something calcuated every week, remove adsense from your non converting sites to make it convert more, simple! Don't give us the Smart Pricing thing.

It would help if you put a start bid price rather than smirk at a bid...remember the key to business success "customer service" at the rate you are going I'll be very surprised if someone bids more than $100 - thenyou can kepp your site.
