Selling a mass email to 9,500 Users (only doing once)

Hi,
I own a Online MMORPG forum, and i am willing to do only one mass email for someone, I will charge only 2cents per email.. Which is 1900$USD.
All users have confirmed email addresses and actively read the monthly newsletter,
I am only offering a mass email of anything you want to one person only.
I will accept payment via Bank transfer & Westen union.

I can prove i have the email lists, my forum is

BTW: I based my prices on the digital point, which where 10 cents per email, so the way i see it your getting 80% off.

 

I cannot follow your math. If DP is .1 and you are charging .2 that doesn't look like 80% off.

It looks like your rate should be .02 or $190 if you are really giving 80% off of .1

I believe charter is saying your math is off...

9500 * .02 = 190 ( 2 cents per email)
9500 * .20 = 1900 (20 cents per email)
