Selling a good web directory!

I am selling a phpld v3 website www.munkoo.com. I gets about 30-50 hits a day. 3 month old. It is still pagerank N/A but I think it will be about 5.

It is number #54 in directory critic in the paid list. A few people have bought links, about $30 worth.
