Selling a forum/community site that i just don't have time for

I started this site about 3 months ago roughly, i ended up going another route by starting this a blog, and 4 online stores, as you can guess i got into the blog and stores more then this. Now i feel i just can't run it.
A little about it:

this site is based off of technology Q & A's and consumer products.
It is also wrapped around a community site called phpizabi

both actually have plugins and mods in them. Now there is no traffic no money or anything because i was using vbulletin, until my lease ran out and decided to just go with SMF.
The Bid will start at a simple 20.00 but there is a simple reserve to protect what i do have invested but its not that high
i don't know what a BIN is so i wont' pretend to know.

You can also post here i will be watching this carefully now i will say that i except paypal and this site will only run till tomorrow sunday the 30th. This is the only site i have this run on now. If i dont sell it here then i will move on to ebay.

P.S. I have no Itrader, or rep etc. im new but we were all new once.

Side note thought i would add that you get a myspace account with this that has more then 880 plus members which most of them are band related etc.
and the domain name is good for another 8 months i believe

 

and i should have mentioned that i will give a full backup of the site so you can transfer it anywhere

 

is this Alicia or is this the version that require ioncubes? just a note to potential buyers that older versions required ioncubes to install. (encryption)
