Selling a few sites

I have a few sites that I am no longer interested in running, and want to clear them off of my server. I cannot assist with moving these sites I will provide you with ftp access. If you want to leave them on my host for a month or so I can let you do that no charge then it would have to be moved.
It is up to you to research each site and determine how many backlinks, etc they have.
I want to stress that none of these sites are making any money to speak of and have minimal traffic so I am not posting screenshots of traffic stats. If you truly are interested in one and want to see the stats I can send them to you just pm me.



Yourtips.info pr1 $40

This site was purchased as a platform for me to learn html and to place links to my other sites. It has a few adsense niche sites as well. Traffic is minimal around 98 uniques so far this month. Has adsense ads but no income to speak of. Has some backlinks but hasn't been promoted much.



Weed-Talk pr2 $150

This site was purchased a few months ago, updated and redesigned for a unique look. It was heavily promoted at first and has around 139 uniques so far this month. It is basically a dead forum but wouldn't take much to get it going again. It is not monetized.



RouteGuide pr1 $50

Site is a couple of months old and receives very minimal traffic. Not promoted except for some directory submissions and a coupe of article submissions. Around 17 uniques so far this month. Has adsense but no income.


PicJoe pr0 $40

Great domain name, basically an image uploading site. Has some affiliate banners on there and adsense but minimal traffic. Submitted to a few directories but otherwise not promoted much.


SpaceNutz pr0 $40

A glitter generator. Has a few banner ads but no adsense. The value of this one I think is with the domain name, very memorable. Again, has not been promoted much at all. Minimal traffic. If someone wanted to expand it and add some more myspace tools in there and pormote it I think it would take off.
