Selling Selling a downloads site with traffic - About 1000+ visits a day according to AWstats

So, this is actually my brother's website, I'm here to sell it for him. Anyway, we bought that site from a guy like three weeks ago, it has some nice traffic but we couldn't monetize it. To be honest, we didn't have much time to monetize it. I don't have much info about the website, Anyway here's what I know :

AWstats was only activated by the hosting like 3 or 4 days ago. Anyway, We all know that AWstats isn't accurate when it comes to counting unique visits, so if you are willing to buy this site and you are serious enough, I might let you test your own analytics for a week or so as I never tested google analytics or getclicky or so on this site.

BIN is $100.
Please note that, I bought that site for $35 only, it was a bargain, had to spend $20 on hosting & $32 to the guy who moved the big database. That's why I'm selling it for $100.

Site is on data life engine, it has more than 200,000 pages indexed in Google I think . Site is PR 0.
IMPORTANT: Site's database is 1 GB, If you don't know how to dump big databases then I can't help you. All what I'll give you is the domain and I'll give you hosting's access information so you can transfer it yourself.

You will know the traffic within a few hours if you just add real time stats such as histats.com

I'll bid $30 for it and transfer it... I realize you invested money but without some better awstats I really don't feel comfortable bidding more...

 

@CbtBlogger, I find new posts posted on it daily. I think it's automated, but I'm not sure. Maybe somebody is posting on it.
@BlueVM, I installed getclicky on it 10 mins ago, I'll post login details for the stats tomorrow so everybody can have live access to the stats.

@IMPU, the adf.ly links and the download links aren't mine. As mentioned in the topic, I bought that site 3 weeks ago but I never had time to manage it or monetize it; hence, I considered selling it to minimize my hosting costs.

Well its not 1000+ visitors per day but an average of 250 visitors per day.For 30 i am interested

 

@mitdrissa, According to AWstats , it's 1000+ . According to getclicky , it's 250+ . The reason for this difference is that getclicky counts unique visitors only, i.e if you visit it ten times, it'll be considered as 1 visit. But AWstats counts a new visit every time you visit it. I already got $75 offer via PM. For $30, you can buy a new site with 10 posts and a nice theme. Not a website with 180,000+ posts, Automated and has 250 + unique visitors a day.

 

can the hosting be taken over where its at?
