Selling Selling a blog with 500+ Subscribers

I'm putting my long time running (over 2 years) blog up for sale because I'm being too busy to maintain it. It's a blog with make money online tips, blogging tips, SEO tips and so on.

At it's prime it made between $300-$350 per month, but since I haven't been able to update it in sometime, I'm only getting around a $30-$50 income per month with it now from affiliate sales.

The blog has over 100 high quality unique articles written by me, and are all indexed on Google. It has over 500 subscribers maintained by Google Feedburner. I will transfer that account after the sale as well. In case you want to confirm these are real people, I can send you screenshots of the account.

Very nice site, but being aged and with all those backlinks seems strange it's PR0. I have read your 'nuke strike' post, was this blog selling links and penalized for this? Did it have PR before? A clear, straightforward, answer on this would help deciding how much to bid.

And of course proof/source of advertised revenue -seems there's no adsense. Where does the $30/month come from?

Thank you. A few months back during a PR update, I lost then PageRank. Yes, I did sell a few text links, but it was for a limited time and even thereafter, PR situation didn't improve. But since then I haven't really had time to look into what's still causing my PR to be down. Usually, in a penalization, it'd be restored within 2 PR updates, which clearly wasn't the case with me.

The revenue comes from the affiliate links/banners within my post. I've done many reviews throughout these two years and I still get revenue from those posts. Plus in every article page, there's a affiliate banner on top. All the money I get is from affiliate sales. I could have got much more from private advertising, but I just don't get the time these days to promote the site.
