Selling Selling a Aged Technology site at cheap price PR1

I am looking to sell a site www.dailytechtips.org PR1 and good alexa.

The site used to get very high traffic, but I stop updating it and it has started getting low traffic now. There are different categories in the site. The Blog focuses on Blogging, SEO, Wordpress, Social Media. It is a old site.

PR1 and good Alexa. 85 posts are published and were unique at the time of writing.

Assume no or low traffic. I am earning from Paid posts from site.

I dont have any earnings from infolinks. It gets paid posts for $10/month. Its not having good traffic, but if you do some offpage seo, it will rank high in the search engines. I sold the ad spots to sellcell.com you can check at the blog sidebar.
